1) Perforated Oil-adsorning Fibre Sheets

These sheets are designed to adsorb resiidual oil in the POME by creating a large surface area for oil to cling onto. The sheets are perforated to allow for easy flow of the effluent through them, while also engancing the adsorption efficiency of the sheets.

2) Mechanical Compressor

The mechanical compressor used to press and compress the fibre sheets after they have adsorbed the residual oil. This process helps to squeeze out the recovered oil from the fibre sheets and make it easier to collect.

3) Air Scrubbing System

The air scrubbing system is used to remove any remaining traces of oil or odour in the recovered oil. The system works by passing a stream of air through the oil, which removes any volatile compounds or impurities. The resulting oil is then ready for use without any further processing.
