This invention is targeting few market. It can be the best solution especially for e-hailing rider which this group acquire a fast solution during the process of completing their job. Aside from those group, this invention has a huge market penetration locally and internationally which generally the product can be used on various vehicles. According to Statista, the sales value of manufactured rubber tyres in Malaysia itself was approximately 5.51 billion Malaysian ringgit in 2021 which is increasing from previous year. This particular invention has secured few LOIs from industry including FGV Rubber and Continental.

• Permanent repair• High rubber compatibility• Low cost and high effective solution

Every day, drivers encounter various hazards on the road, some of which can lead to punctures in their vehicle's tires. These hazards often take the form of sharp debris such as broken glass, nails, screws, or other sharp objects. When a tire encounters such debris, it can result in punctures, which compromise the tire's integrity and safety. To address this problem effectively, a solution is needed that not only prevents punctures but also ensures that drivers can confidently navigate the road without the constant fear of tire-related accidents and expenses.

This technology is inspired by rubber tree healing mechanism where it has the capability to repair itself. Other than that, this invention can also recover functionality when damage. The material was developed based on natural rubber and vulcanized using self-developed and self healing curative agent. This makes possible to immediately transfer the technology to industry rendering high added value products.
