Unmanned Guided Vehicle with tele-operation capability is one of the promising technology for oil palm field application since autonomous system is very complex in the oil palm heterogenous condition. Direct control tele-op system for UGV normally utilise 2.4 GHz radio frequency for navigation and 5.8 GHz for visual feedback.However, the frequency has limitation if the operator in static condition due to the vast area of oil palm and safety concerns.

Current situation: - All direct control tele-op system operate at 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz radio control frequency.

Extended range of direct control UGV operation system.
