Parallel advancement in livestock production was arguably insufficient harbinger of poor reproductive efficiency and paucity of the high-quality breed. The self-sufficiency level (SSL) of ruminants in Malaysia is dwindling over the year, epitomizing million tons of meat imported despite local potential economic and environmental benefits. As part of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR4.0), the inferior embracing modernization and smart farming have paid particular attention to satisfied paradoxical demand using herbs. Pregnamix amalgamated herbs (Cinnamomum Verum, Zingibe officinale and Piper nigrum L) to enable structured breeding and optimize productivity parallel to cost-effective and practical. The utilization of pregnamix plagued marginal potential to improve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through optimizing the number of livestock. Pregnamix enables the community to enhance the learning experience in education by combining endocrinology, animal physiology and farming management. As Malaysia strives to realize the goal of the Twelfth Malaysia Plan 2021-2025, more serious efforts are geared towards improving burgeoning food security, further contributing to the food's resilience system. Recent research into evaluating the effect between pregnamix and CIDR shows that goats with pregnamix group appear to be higher than CIDR (80.56% vs. 77.78%, respectively). Presumably, several studies have shown that the active ingredient in Zingiber officinale, known as 6-gingerols is a phenolic compound in ginger. It can sexually regulate both sexual activity and gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) (Mustonen et al., 2014; Reed, 2016). Studies by researchers have provided empirical support for the proposition that the bioavailability of polyphenols may affect several reproductive organs, including reproductive brain centres (hypothalamus and hypophysis), testis, ovary, uterus placenta, and fetus (Christina et al., 2015; Milojevic et al., 2020; Wocławek-Potocka et al., 2013). Polyphenols can cross blood barriers of reproductive organs and thus presumptively impact their physiological functions. Estrus using pregnamix is integral in breeding and later can be equipped with other technologies such as artificial insemination, pregnancy diagnosis and heat detection using the IoT system. The notion of this product is fortified with pregnamix grasping the Quadruple Helix innovation Model because it was proven effective in the field with scientific data, coherent to National Agro-food Policy 2.0 (2021-2030). In terms of productivity, farmers can anticipate the number of births albeit profits and sales that can be performed in the coming years. Breeders can manage pregnant females (5 births in 2 years) females in terms of nutrition and health in a more structured manner. In conclusion, research conducted using novel herbal formulation is vital in animal reproduction and the product is striving towards prototype at scale 6 in technology readiness level (TRL).
