The technology offers a scalable and eco-conscious alternative to conventional rubber materials, helping to mitigate environmental impact while maintaining functional performance during use. Its simple production process and enhanced degradability make it attractive to manufacturers and industries seeking sustainable material solutions and improved waste management outcomes.

Rubber waste is accumulating at an increasing rate due to its widespread industrial and consumer use. Its poor biodegradability leads to long-term environmental pollution, landfill overflow, and ecological risks. Conventional rubber materials are resistant to natural breakdown processes, making sustainable disposal and waste reduction a significant challenge.

The invention enhances conventional rubber film by incorporating specific additives that trigger faster degradation when exposed to environmental factors such as heat and light. The improved formulation facilitates material breakdown and promotes subsequent biological decomposition, reducing long-term persistence in the environment.

The key innovation lies in modifying rubber at the formulation stage to enable controlled and accelerated degradation without requiring complex processing methods. The integration of degradation-promoting additives within a straightforward manufacturing approach differentiates it from traditional non-degradable rubber products.
