The project’s competitive advantage is its eco-friendly, non-toxic formulation that improves both sustainability and concrete performance. It enhances strength and durability, reduces cracking, improves waterproofing and insulation, speeds up curing, increases flexibility, and helps reduce CO2 emissions through carbon capture.

The construction industry’s heavy reliance on conventional cement contributes significantly to carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions and environmental impact. Traditional concrete also faces durability and structural performance challenges, creating a need for more sustainable and high-performance construction materials.

CODE+ offers an eco-friendly, non-toxic concrete additive that reduces cement use and CO2 emissions while improving performance. It enhances compressive strength, reduces cracking, provides waterproofing and thermal insulation, speeds up curing, improves flexibility, and supports carbon capture.

The innovation of CODE+ lies in its graphene-enhanced, water-based concrete additive (CODE+ 505) that reduces cement usage and CO2 emissions while improving overall concrete performance. It strengthens the internal molecular structure by forming hexagonal binding chains, resulting in higher durability and compressive strength. The solution addresses key limitations of conventional concrete by reducing cracking, enhancing waterproofing and thermal insulation, accelerating curing time, improving flexibility, and enabling carbon capture, offering a more sustainable and high-performance alternative for the construction industry.
