ProstaHealth-Trio Mark offers a significant competitive advantage by combining multi-biomarker detection with AI-assisted interpretation in a portable biosensor format. Unlike the traditional PSA test, which has limited specificity, this solution improves diagnostic accuracy and reduces false positives. Compared to more advanced tests such as PHI, 4Kscore, or ExoDx, it is designed to be more affordable, real-time, and easily accessible at the point of care. Its patented detection method, portability, and integration of artificial intelligence position it as a cost-effective and scalable alternative that reduces unnecessary biopsies while improving patient confidence and clinical decision-making.

Prostate cancer screening today relies heavily on the PSA blood test, which has relatively low specificity and diagnostic accuracy. Because PSA levels can be elevated due to non-cancerous conditions such as age, prostatitis, or urinary tract infections, many men receive false positive results. This leads to unnecessary anxiety, invasive biopsies, high healthcare costs, long waiting times, and reduced confidence in screening reliability. As a result, there is a critical need for a more accurate, accessible, and cost-effective early detection tool that can reduce unnecessary procedures while improving diagnostic confidence.

ProstaHealth-Trio Mark is a next-generation, AI-integrated biosensor that detects three prostate cancer biomarkers simultaneously. The system works by using biological recognition elements that bind specifically to targeted biomarkers in a patient sample. Once the biomarkers are detected, the sensor converts the biological interaction into an electrical signal through a transducer. This signal is then processed and analyzed using an AI-assisted algorithm, which enhances accuracy and provides a rapid diagnostic readout. The device is designed to function similarly to portable point-of-care tools such as glucometers, making it easy to use, minimally invasive, and suitable for clinics, hospitals, and potentially pharmacies.

The innovation of the project lies in the development of ProstaHealth-TrioMark, an AI-integrated biosensor that simultaneously detects three prostate cancer biomarkers from a single drop of blood or urine. By combining aptamer-based recognition with signal transduction and AI-assisted analysis, it enables rapid, accurate, and minimally invasive diagnosis. Designed as a portable point-of-care device, it improves early detection, reduces false positives associated with PSA testing, and enhances accessibility and clinical decision-making.
