Improved corrosion resistance enhances equipment durability, while environmentally conscious formulation supports compliance with emerging sustainability and industrial safety standards.

Conventional coolants often provide limited protection across different metal types, leading to corrosion, scaling, and reduced cooling efficiency. As industrial systems frequently incorporate multiple metals within a single setup, compatibility becomes a major challenge. Additionally, frequent coolant replacement and maintenance increase operational costs and downtime, while some chemical additives raise environmental and sustainability concerns.

This project introduces a newly formulated coolant designed to provide effective corrosion protection and thermal management across six commonly used industrial metals. The formulation enhances heat dissipation while protecting metal components from degradation, helping to extend equipment lifespan and improve operational reliability in automotive, machining, and industrial cooling systems.

The key innovation lies in the multi‑metal protection capability achieved through a carefully balanced chemical composition. Unlike traditional single‑focus coolants, this formulation integrates corrosion inhibition, thermal stability, and material compatibility within one solution. The approach supports modern industrial systems that require versatile and reliable cooling performance.
