Construction projects often suffer from limited productivity visibility due to fragmented, manual reporting that provides no real-time insight into actual performance. In addition, the lack of standardised benchmarks and inconsistent data, along with the absence of nominal productivity references, makes it difficult to compare or improve efficiency across projects. As a result, decision-making is often inefficient, with resource allocation and scheduling adjustments remaining reactive, leading to delays and cost overruns.
