Current traditional traffic impact assessments (TIAs) rely on manual human counting through on-site observation or pre-recorded videos. This approach is slow and prone to inaccuracies due to limited human presence and potential errors & proper classification of vehicle types, such as distinguishing between compact and sedan cars, is challenging. The real-time TIA data is unavailable as the method operates in discrete sessions. The current approach is expensive, requiring months for TIA reports to be generated due to thorough analysis of recorded videos.

The Smart TIA is an all-in-one solution that simplifies traffic data collection and analysis for both authorities and organizations. It uses advanced deep learning AI to instantly detect and analyze vehicles with high accuracy. Real-time visual analytics provide interactive graphs and tables for a clear understanding of traffic patterns. The system also assesses traffic flow and estimates carbon emissions around the clock, helping authorities make better-informed decisions. With generative AI, it can quickly produce detailed reports complete with graphs, maps, and visuals in just minutes, eliminating the delays of traditional reporting methods.

The Smart Traffic Impact Assessment (Smart TIA) is an all-in-one AI-powered system that modernizes traditional traffic analysis by using deep learning, real-time data, and generative AI. It streamlines how traffic data is collected, analyzed, and reported making the process faster, more accurate, and more insightful for city planners, authorities, and developers. Key features include real-time AI-based vehicle detection that can distinguish between vehicle types (like compact vs. sedan), interactive visual dashboards for instant traffic pattern analysis, and portable deployment for easy setup in various urban areas. It also estimates carbon emissions at roads and junctions, helping integrate environmental impact into planning. Lastly, it uses generative AI to automatically produce detailed, visually-rich traffic reports in minutes, cutting down on time, cost, and human error.
