Lack of Centralised Control, Integration, and Real-Time Visibility

The organisation also struggles with a lack of centralized control over core operational systems, which significantly hampers visibility, integration, and security. Certain key platforms such as user access control, user authentication, visitor management, & financial approval currently operates in isolation, with no or minimal integration. User accounts & role-based access permission are not managed through a centralised identity system like Microsoft SSO or Active Directory, making it difficult to ensure timely updates to access rights and increasing the risk of unauthorized access. Integration with internal systems such as the LTAT Finance (SVC) module, fixed asset platform (JDE92), and PortalSPA is also limited due to technical constraints such as lack of API readiness, which forces teams to perform manual data transfers that are prone to errors and delays. These issue is compounded is the absence of a unified & analytical system; operational data remains siloed & is not easily accessible. This in turn restricts oversight by the management team to monitor performance trend, enforce SLAs or respond proactively to issue.
Desired Outcome
The organization seeks to integrate the e-Admin Portal with internal systems such as Microsoft SSO, PowerBI, and LTAT’s finance and asset platforms. This would enable centralized user authentication, role-based access management, real-time analytics, and seamless coordination between departments for better oversight and operational control.
Potential Impact
Achieving these integrations would significantly improve data accuracy, compliance with security standards, and decision-making speed. Real-time dashboards would provide transparency into service performance, and centralized access controls would reduce the risk of unauthorized entry or missed approvals, strengthening organizational governance.
